报告题目：Properties of ground states for rotating Bose-Einstein condensates

摘要：This talk discusses the ground states of rotating Bose-Einstein condensates, described by minimizers of Gross-Pitaevskii functional. For certain anharmonic trapping potentials, we will prove that when the rotational velocity is sufficiently large, the ground states exhibit no vortices within a large ball. This is a joint work with Yujin Guo and Yan Li.

报告人简介：罗勇，博士，2019年毕业于中科院武汉物理与数学研究所，随后在华中师大从事博士后研究工作，2021年留校任教。主要研究方向为非线性泛函分析及其应用，相关成果发表于ARMA、JFA、SIMA、CVPDE等期刊。先后主持或参与国家自科青年基金、科技部重点研发计划青年科学家等项目，2023年获得湖北省楚天学者计划支持。
