报告摘要：In this talk, we consider quasilinear equations of N-Laplacian type and show the existence of ground state solutions and mountain-pass type solutions for the equations. The potential allows to be periodic, radially symmetric or asymptotically constant, and the nonlinearity has critical exponential growth at infinity. This report is based on a joint work with Prof. Radulescu, X.H. Tang and Sitong Chen.

报告人简介：秦栋栋，教授，博士生导师；研究方向：微分方程理论与应用、非线性泛函分析、椭圆PDEs与变分理论；美国数学会《数学评论》与德国《数学文摘》评论员，湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师。主持在研国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目、中南大学创新驱动计划青年人才项目和湖南省自然科学基金青年项目各1项。在J. Differential Equations、Bull. Sci. Math.、J. Geom. Anal.、Sci. China Math.、Nonlinear Anal.等国际重要刊物上发表 SCI 学术论文30余篇。
