报告摘要：The behavior of Riesz transform of general elliptic operators on Euclidean spaces as well as bounded Lipschitz domains are quite clear, the exterior Lipschitz case however is missing. In fact, there are several related questions/conjectures regarding the problem. In this talk, we shall provide a complete solution for the Riesz transform on exterior Lipschitz domains. The result allows us to deal with general elliptic operators with discontinuous coefficients. We shall also apply the result to Dirichlet/Neumann problem on these domains.
