数计学院2021-2022学年第2学期开课课程补（缓）考考试安排

各位同学：
受疫情影响，除计算机应用A-高级office外，数学与计算机科学学院2021-2022（2）学期其他开课课程都是线上线下同时进行。现将本次补（缓）考考试安排现予以公布，考试时间、地点具体请查看附件1。请注意以下事项：
1. 线下考生请持有效***明（学生证或***，一卡通无效）提前抵达考试场地参加考试。迟到半小时以上者不得参加考试，作旷考处理；开考后半小时内不得交卷退场。
2. 只有滞留在境外的留学生和受疫情影响隔离未返校的学生可以参加线上考试（根据教务处或学工数据，表格中此类学生底色已标黄），请主动联系备注中的线上考试联系方式，或参考附件2中的考试群二维码，其他学生都必须参加线下考试。线上考试考生如在考试前能返校并解除隔离的，请务必提前联系数计教务办贾老师，正常参加线下考试。
3. 线上考试的学生需准备二个机位，主机位电脑端（一般登录钉钉用于发送试卷和答题纸），第二机位智能手机端（一般登录腾讯会议用于过程监控），并请自备A4纸若干张或提前打印好答题纸（见附件3）用于答题或草稿，请务必确保网络畅通并提前调试好。考试机位位置如下图：
4. 线上考试考生若在考试过程出现网络中断或设备出现故障等突发情况，举证主体为学生本人。学生应在第一时间与主考老师联系沟通，取得处理共识，保留证据材料。
5. 附件1中仅为数计学院开课课程。其他学院的课程请到相应开课学院网站或教务处网站（http://jwc.zjnu.edu.cn/）补缓考专题查看，如下图：
6.如有遗漏或其他特殊情况，请在13日8:00-12:00与数计学院教务办贾老师联系（0579-82298843），逾期不再受理。

Fellow students:
The schedule for makeup exams 2021 - 2022 (2) semester courses of MC college is now announced. Please refer to the attachment 1 for specific time and location. Except AOA，all other courses makeup exam will be held online and offline at the same time. Please note the followings:
1. For offline makeup，please arrive at the exam venue in advance with a valid identity certificate (student book or ID card/passport, all-in-one card is invalid). Students can't get into the exam venue 30 minutes' late，and can't submit answer sheets or leave 30 minutes before finish time.
2. Only international students stranded abroad can take the online exam (the background color in the form has been marked with yellow), please refer to the course teacher about the online exam.Please check the QR codes in the form or refer to attachment 2. All other students must take the offline exam.
3. Video surveillance will be adopted for the fixed-time online examination. The invigilating teachers and students should turn on the video camera. You can choose the following two modes：Computer + smart phone mode orTwo smart phones mode. Computer or one smart phone is used for the examination platform login, test paper open, test group login and other purposes, the other smart phone for video surveillance. Please refer the following photo：
Also，online students should prepare some blank A4 papers as answer-sheets or draft-sheets. Or you can check attachment 3 for soft copy of answer sheets and print out in advance.
4. The attachment is only the courses offered by the MC college. Please check the courses opened by other colleges on the website of the relevant colleges or the university academic office total announcement （http://jwc.zjnu.edu.cn/）.
