In order to encourage students to study hard and develop themselves, the below information are regarding Zhejiang Provincial Scholarship and Zhejiang Normal University School Scholarship:

为鼓励我校在校国际学生努力学习、融入校院、全面发展，现就做好在校国际学生浙江省政府来华国际学生奖学金和浙江师范大学优秀国际学生奖学金的申请工作做出如下通知：

2.Scholarship Requirements 申请条件

1. Full-time international students studying at ZJNU without schooling suspension or extension.

2. International students with good attitude, diligent and shows hard work in academic. First year undergraduate and postgraduate international students are evaluated on the basis of their academic performance in the previous semester. Students in other grades are evaluated on the basis of their academic performance in the previous year. Students who want to apply for Zhejiang Normal University scholarship Type C must achieve the GPA in the top 50% this academic year in the major ; while for Zhejiang Provincial Scholarship and Zhejiang Normal University scholarship Type A&B students must achieve the GPA in the top 30% this academic year in the major.

3. Do not violate Chinese laws and  school  regulations.

4. International students that have not been given any attendance, academic and drop out warning from the school.

5. International students that do not owe any tuition fee or any other related fees.

6. Actively participate in school activities including cultural and social activities, and have an outstanding academic record; plan and organize any activities that includes Chinese and international students; class representatives and have outstanding performance; actively cooperate with school management and have outstanding performance.

7. Actively participate in the national, provincial and municipal schools activities.

8. Applicants are currently not on any scholarships.

1. 在校正式注册学习的国际学生，并且上一学年度没有申请过休学、保留学籍或延长学制。

2. 学习态度端正，勤奋刻苦。大一及研一的国际学生依据其上一学期的学业成绩进行评价；其他年级的学生依据其上一年度的学业成绩进行评价。申请浙师大奖学金C类的学生学分绩点在本专业排名前50%；申请省政府奖学金及浙师大奖学金B类的学生学分绩点在本专业排名前30%（国际学生单独排名）。

3. 无违反中国法律法规和校纪校规等行为。

4. 未受到过考勤预警、学业警告或退学警告等。

5. 无拖欠应缴学费和其他应缴费用情况。

6. 积极参加学校、学院组织开展的各类校园文化活动及社会实践活动，积极参加学生社团，策划并组织各类丰富中外学生交流的文化活动，或担任班干部且表现优异，或积极配合学校国际学生招生、管理、服务工作并表现优异者优先考虑。

7. 积极参加全国、省市、学校组织的各类比赛和文体活动等并且获得良好名次者优先考虑。

8. 申请人本年度未同时获得其他各类奖学金。

3.Application Procedure 申请流程

1.Application and related documents shall be collected by college according to the requirement, the submission of application should be before April 30th. All the documents(both original and photocopy)shall be submitted to the corridor of building 20-21, office 213, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

If overdue, your documents will not be accepted!

2.College and research institutions shall review student’s academic performance and participation in school’s activities. The school’s assessment will determine whether or not the students meet the requirements of the scholarship. And will announce the result in school official platform once confirmed.

3. Special Version: After awarding scholarship, students should sign for the scholarship commitment and pay all school fees to extend your visa. If not, university may cancel your scholarship.

1. 各位拟申请奖学金的国际学生于4月30日前将相关申请材料的原件和复印件交至20-21幢213外事部值班处，逾期不接受申请，后果自负！

2. 学院将根据国际学生的遵纪守法情况、学业成绩、考勤情况、各类活动参与情况等各项指标，择优推荐。经学校综合评审后，对符合条件者择优发放奖学金。成绩一经确认，将在学校官方平台上发布。

3. 特别说明：学生一旦获得奖学金，需签署奖学金告知书，交清学费等相关费用后再办理签证手续。如不交清费用，将取消奖学金资格。

4.Required Documents 申请材料

Applicants should provide the below documents:

1.Application form of Scholarship（Please download the form at the bottom of this page and fill the form by typing not handwriting and print by yourself double-sided.）

2.Academic transcript, bachelor students can go to the Students Service Center which is opposite to China Mobile to print your transcript with your student ID card. Master students can go to 20-309 to print your transcript.

3. Documents or materials which can prove you have outstanding achievements in ZJNU(which can include participation in sports activities, social activities, etc)

4.Photocopy of passport

5.Latest degree certificate

申请者请提供以下纸质材料：

1. 《浙江师范大学国际学生奖学金申请表》。（在文末下载附件,请填写电子稿并双面打印）

2. 学习成绩单。本科生可以到中国移动对面的学生服务中心，用学生卡打印成绩单。硕士生可以到20-309打印成绩单。.

3. 在学习、体育、文艺、公益活动、社会活动、国际学生招生等某一方面表现突出、成绩优秀的证明文件或材料。

4.护照复印件。

5.最高学历证书。
