各位中国政府奖学金生：

2019年浙江师范大学中国政府奖学金年度评审工作已经开始了。根据国家留学基金委《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》的要求，下一学年继续在校学习的中国政府奖学金生，必须参加奖学金年度评审，无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。

现将年度评审相关事项通知如下：

Dear Chinese Government Scholarship Students:

The annual scholarship review in 2019 for Chinese Government Scholarship has started. According to the Regulations of Annual Assessment for Chinese Government Scholarship issued by China Scholarship Council, all the Chinese Government Scholarship students, who wish to continue the study at Zhejiang normal University, are required to take the annual assessment. Those who fail to take the annual assessment will not enjoy the support of the scholarship.The details of the annual assessment are as follows:

2019年9月之后继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生

Students who continue enjoying the CSC scholarship after September 2019 should be the ones that to take the assessment.

评审方法Review Methods

浙江师范大学全面考核奖学金生的学习成绩、综合表现，并在考核评比的基础上对2019-2020学年继续在校学习的奖学金生提出评审建议：继续发放奖学金、中止奖学金、取消奖学金。

Zhejiang Normal University checks the academic records and comprehensive performances of the scholarship students in an all-round way and puts forward the scholarship review suggestions for students who will continue the study at ZJNU in the 2019-2020 academic year on the basis of the check results: continue to issue scholarship, suspend scholarship, and cancel scholarship.

评审标准Review Criteria

1.学习成绩：考查范围包括2018年3月（上一学年春季学期）至2019年3月（本学年冬季学期）期间所有课程的成绩。

1.Academic record: all the course scores of the studentsfrom the March of 2018 (the spring semester of last academic year) to the March of 2019 (the winter semester of this academic year)are included for scholarship review.

2.综合表现：考查内容包括考勤情况、住宿表现、参加各类活动情况（包括志愿服务、社团建设、校园文化、学术交流、文体竞赛等）、奖惩情况以及导师与辅导员评价。

2.Comprehensive performances: fingerprint registration, accommodation performances, activities performances (including voluntary work, community work, campus culture, academic exchanges and arts and sports competitions), rewards and punishment and supervisor’s and counselor’s comments.

3. 有下列情况之一者，中止其享受奖学金资格一年：

3. Students’ scholarship will be suspended for one year if any of the followings occurs:

（1）因考核成绩不合格留级或降级的

（1）Being stayed-down or demoted because of the unqualified examination results

（2）所修课程连续两年未达到规定学分的

（2）The chosen courses haven't met the required credits for consecutive two years.

（3）导师评价、辅导员评价、住宿表现其中任何一项为差的；

（3）Being rated “bad” in supervisor’s comments, counselor’s comments or accommodation performances;

（4）受到留校察看处分的；

（4）Facing the punishment of academic probation;

被中止享受奖学金资格者，自下一学年开学起停发其奖学金；奖学金中止期满前，经本人申请，可以参加当年的年度评审，如评审合格，经上级批准后，可以自下一学年起恢复奖学金。

Students who face scholarship suspension will be deprived of scholarship from the next academic year, but they can apply for the scholarship before the end of the suspension. If their application is approved, their scholarship will be resumed from next academic year.

4、有下列情况之一者，取消其享受奖学金的资格：

4. Students’ scholarship will be canceled if any of the followings occurs:

（1）受到开除学籍处分的；

（1） Being expelled from the university;

（2）在校学习期间累计两次中止奖学金的；

（2）Facing scholarship suspension for two times in total;

（3）无正当理由不参加年度评审的

（3）Failing to take part in the scholarship review without justifiable reasons.

被取消享受奖学金资格者，从公布之日起停发其奖学金，其享受奖学金的资格不得再恢复。

Students who face scholarship cancellation will be deprived of scholarship from the day when the result is released and their scholarship will no longer be resumed.

评审步骤 Review steps

1. 下载网页底部附件2并打印《中国政府奖学金生年度评审表》，必须手填；

Step 1: Please download the accessory at the bottom of this page and print the form page 1 should be completed by yourself in ink, page 2 should be completed by university.

2. 成绩单需要自己打印，并到学院教务办盖章。本科生可以到中国移动对面的学生服务中心，用学生卡打印成绩单。硕士生可以到20-309打印成绩单。

Step 2: Please print your transcripts and go to the academic affairs to get the transcript stamped. Bachelor students can go to the Students Service Center which is opposite to China Mobile to print your transcript with your student ID card.Master students can go to 20-309 to print your transcript. 

3. 将《中国政府奖学金生年度评审表》和“成绩单”提交到数学与计算机科学学院学生工作办公室: 20-21幢连廊214。

Step 3: Please submit the Annual Assessment Form & stamped transcript to Students Affair Office: the corridor of building 20-21, office 214.

注意！！提交评审表截止时间为2019年4月25日

Attention please!! The deadline is25th April, 2019. Please submit the material before that day.

请各位中国政府奖学金生相互转告。奖学金评审关系到同学们能够继续享受下一年度奖学金，请大家认真对待，若不提交评审表，将被视为放弃下一年度奖学金。

The results of Scholarship Review will decide whether you can continue getting the scholarship for the next academic year. Please take it seriously and return the form on time. Otherwise you will be considered giving up the scholarship.
